Who We Are
eor.asia is an independent research publication. We review Employer of Record (EOR) providers to help companies make informed hiring decisions across Asia. We are not an EOR provider, broker, or recruiter.
How We Rate Providers
Every provider on eor.asia is scored across five dimensions: compliance depth, pricing transparency, onboarding speed, platform quality, and customer support. Scores reflect our independent research, which includes:
- Analysis of publicly available pricing, contract terms, and product documentation
- Aggregated user reviews from G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra
- Compliance framework verification against local statutory requirements (CPF, PF, SSS, BPJS, etc.)
- Published independent reports and industry analyst coverage
- Direct platform evaluations where access has been made available
We do not conduct paid reviews. Providers cannot purchase a higher score, a badge, or a more favourable editorial position. Our editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.
Affiliate & Referral Disclosure
eor.asia may participate in affiliate and referral programs offered by EOR providers, including Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Oyster HR, and others. If you click a provider link and subsequently sign up for their service, we may receive a referral fee from that provider at no cost to you.
This commercial relationship does not influence our ratings, rankings, or editorial content in any way. The same providers appear in the same order whether or not an affiliate relationship exists. We have declined affiliate relationships with providers where our honest assessment is that the product is not suitable for most buyers.
Where affiliate links are used, this disclosure applies. We do not use special formatting or labels to distinguish affiliate links from non-affiliate links on individual pages — this page serves as the site-wide disclosure.
What We Don't Do
- We do not accept payment for placement or ranking
- We do not accept free services in exchange for positive coverage
- We do not publish sponsored content without a clear label
- We do not suppress negative findings to protect a commercial relationship
- We do not guarantee that any provider we review is the right choice for every reader
Accuracy and Updates
EOR pricing, country coverage, and product features change frequently. We review and update provider ratings on a rolling basis. Dates on individual review pages reflect the most recent update. If you identify an inaccuracy, email us at hello@eor.asia — we investigate and correct promptly.
Limitations
Our reviews reflect our assessment based on available information. We are not employment lawyers and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Before making employment decisions in any jurisdiction, consult qualified local counsel or your EOR provider's compliance team.
